Our 4 Step Process
1. Complete our Consultation form so we can gather your basic information. Once submitted, we will contact you to schedule a complimentary consultation. Plan on a 20 minute meeting to discuss your dream vacation desires. We will offer suggestions on how we can help exceed your travel expectations.
2. During your consultation, we will review our service level offerings. We work with you to pick the service level which matches your desire for saving time and enjoying convenience. You purchase your chosen service level and complete a travel profile.
3. Based on your priorities and budget, we'll craft a custom itinerary for you which includes pricing of all the trip details you need to enjoy a stress free vacation. Once you are 100% satisfied with your proposal/quote, we use your payment method to book your trip.
4. It's travel time! Make lasting memories with your family and friends. Take great pics and tag us @Avid 4 Adventurers. We want to see you enjoying your vacation.

Enjoy a short ferry ride from Mykonos to the island of Delos — the mythological birthplace of Apollo and Artemis and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and visit ancient ruins. From Naples, step back in time while exploring the ruins of Pompeii — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and journey to Sorrento to savor lunch at a local family-owned farm. Nestled on the west coast of Tuscany, charming Livorno offers the freshest seafood, awe-inspiring forts and splendid coastal views with ample cafes and boutiques awaiting your discovery.
Dale & Jillian Beaty, owners of Avid 4 Adventures, have secured special pricing and amenities to cruise the Mediterranean. The cruise starts in Rome with ports of call in the Greek Islands, Malta, and Italy. Cruise cabins secured with a $250pp early bird deposit by December 15, 2023 are eligible for additional perks.
Enjoy nice days of fun in the sun as you cruise aboard Norwegian Jewel. While in San Francisco, you must grab a glass of wine and catch a ride on a cable car (not necessarily in that order). Enjoy a stroll through sunny Santa Barbara with a visit to Stearns Wharf and the boutique and restaurant-lined promenade, or take to the water on a whale watching or kayak tour. Take a tour of Baja California’s oldest winery in Ensenada and stop at the market to pick up some local crafts. Then it’s back to Los Angeles, where mammoths roam the La Brea Tar Pits and celebrities stroll Rodeo Drive.
